Browse our online catalog or visit our shop to find a dress you like

Once you have found a dress, check the availability for your desired date and size or contact us via email or what's app.

Select the rental duration that suits your needs, add the dress to your cart and proceed to checkout.

During checking out don’t forget to put additional services you may require, such as concierge service or insurance coverage

Provide us with all necessary details such as your address or hotel information, as well as telephone number and proceed to payment

Take a moment to review our rental terms and conditions. We want to make sure you're fully informed about the rental fee, deposit requirements, and any additional charges

Make a deposit payment to secure your reservation

After selecting your order, we will double-check its availability for your desired date and size. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email, regarding your reservation and the invoice for bank transfer.

We kindly recommend you to try on the dress before the event

We'd be delighted to arrange a fitting appointment for you. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your choice! Please be aware that during the high season in January and February, our tailor service may require additional time for adjustments to the dress, if necessary.

On the scheduled pickup date, visit our shop to collect the dress or opt for our concierge service for delivery to your location

Important: Along with the rental payment, a safety deposit will be charged on the rental start day. This safety deposit will be reimbursed to you upon the dress's return in its original condition

Now it's time to enjoy wearing the dress for your special occasion

When the time comes to return the dress

Simply back it to our shop or drop it off at you hotel reception desk, in case if you ordered concierge service. That’s it!

Once we receive the dress, we'll handle the inspection process with care

You’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the refund or deduction. If you choose to return the dress to a location other than our shop, a safety deposit will be refunded to your bank account. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the bank's procedures.
