  Payment method & confirmation

  After completing your order, whether for purchase or rental, please be on the lookout for a confirmation email. This email will contain the specifics of your order and payment details. We'll inform you about the availability of the chosen dress or other items and provide the necessary Bank IBAN details for payment processing. Currently, all payments can be conveniently made through direct payment to our shop's bank account.

  Rental service

  Our rental service is now available only in Vienna, offering the convenience of self-pickup at our shop or concierge service. For more details, visit the 'Rent a dress' page on our website

  Delivery

  We ship worldwide for 45 Euros, delivery within Europe is free. All orders are shipped with Austrian post tracking number. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Return

  Lane dress Studio Vienna will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at the store in Vienna, Invalidenstrasse 15. If you ordered and paid on-line, please contact us office@lanevienna.com. After receiving the goods, your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
