Return Policy – Purchase of Evening Dress

We aim to provide you with high-quality products, and if for any reason you need to return an evening dress, please familiarize yourself with our return policy.

1. Right to Return

In accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. However, please note the following exceptions:

Custom-made products (e.g., dresses specially selected or modified for you).
Sealed products that cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened (e.g., products related to personal hygiene).

2. Return Conditions

For the return of an evening dress, the following conditions must be met:

The dress must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
All tags and labels must remain attached to the product.
A return is only possible with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

To return the dress, please follow these steps:

Return Notification: Notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Use the contact form on our website or send us an email.
Returning the Item: After notification, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. The dress must be sent back within 14 days of the notification.
Item Inspection: After receiving the item, we will inspect its condition and contact you to confirm the return process.

4. Refund

Once the item is inspected and approved for return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.

5. Return of Discounted Products

If the product was purchased with a discount, the return will be processed under the same conditions as stated above, but the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the discount.

6. Return from Outside the European Union

If you return the product from outside the European Union, please note that an import duty may apply, which is approximately 30% of the product’s value. These customs duties and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Costs

The return of the product is at your own expense. You are responsible for the shipping costs related to the return, including shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
