Our dress rental process is simple. Browse through our collection, select the dress you love, choose your rental period, and place an order online. Try it in our shop. We’ can also  deliver the dress to your doorstep, just use concierge service during check out. If, upon trying it on, the dress doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to offer an alternative option for you.

The standard rental period is 2 days or 1 night. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team using whats app to discuss extension options.

Yes, we take care of the dry cleaning. You can enjoy your event without worrying about cleaning. However, please avoid significant stains or damages, as additional fees may apply.

Minor wear and tear are expected, and you won’t be charged for that. However, for added peace of mind, we offer an optional insurance policy for just 25 euros. This insurance covers most damages, allowing you to enjoy your event worry-free. In the event of significant damages, the insurance will minimize or entirely cover the additional charges. We recommend considering this insurance option when placing your order. Please reach out to our customer service team for more details on our insurance coverage.

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the rental period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the dress or package rental price will be charged. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

We recommend placing your order in a high season (December – February) at least 4 weeks before your event to ensure availability. However, we understand that plans can change, so contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes, a refundable deposit is required and will be processed at our shop when you pick up the dress. The deposit serves as a security measure to cover any potential damages, late returns, or significant deviations from our rental terms. The exact amount of the deposit will be specified during the pickup process and will be refunded promptly upon the successful return of the dress in its original condition.
